Two society women, Margaret and Emma, are talking.

Margaret: Emma, look at this remarkable diamond ring my husband got me to show how much he loves me. It is 5 carats, set in 18 carat gold, and it is flawless.

Emma: Why Margaret, isn't that lovely!

Margaret: Why yes it is. Emma, look at this amazing Bentley automobile my husband got me to show how much he loves me. It cost $125,000, is custom made, and has my initials on the leather steering wheel.

Emma: Why Margaret, isn't that lovely!

Margaret: Why, yes it certainly is. Emma, look at the huge mansion my husband got to show how much he loves me. It has a west wing, and east wing, and an indoor pool.

Emma: Why Margaret, isn't that lovely!

Margaret: Yes, it certainly is. You can see how much my husband loves me. Now Emma, what does your husband get you to show how much he loves you?

Emma: Well, Margaret, my husband got me signed up to go to an expensive set of etiquette lessons. That way, when you are bragging to me about all the crap you have, I know to say, "Why Margaret, isn't that lovely" instead of, "Go f*&# yourself Margaret."
